They forgot our marinara for the breadsticks. When I called them back they offered to run some back out to us. They were back to our house with the sauce in less than 10 mins which was greatly appreciated and they gave us extra sauce as a gesture of good faith. The biggest thing was their great attitude about it. Not only was the manger nice and apologetic but the delivery person came back with a big smile on her face, also apologetic. Great attitudes go a long way.
It was like a breath of fresh air stopping at Knoxville’s Pizza Hut!!! I knew as soon as we walked in they had new management!!! Service was great and very friendly!! Her name was Pam. Food was awesome overall great experience!! We will be back now that they have new management!!!
The pizza and pasta was perfectly cooked. The staff greeted me when I walked in.
